What does each group member receive?
You choose. A Platinum seat opens the full collection for one or two years. A course seat enrolls one learner in the course your organization selected, with certificate and CEU documentation already included in its price. Every learner activates through their own UniversalClass account.
Does everyone have to take the same courses?
That depends on your purchase. Platinum learners can explore independently across the collection. With a single-course group purchase, each invitation enrolls its learner in the shared course you selected.
How do the volume discounts work?
Your first block of seats receives 10% off the standard plan price. Seats 25–99 receive 20% off, seats 100–249 receive 30% off, and seats 250 onward receive 40% off. The discount applies only to the seats in that block. For example, a 25-seat group has 24 seats at 10% off and one seat at 20% off. Groups start at five learners.
Is the annual equivalent what I pay today?
No. For Platinum, the annual equivalent is a comparison figure per learner. Your group pays the displayed total for the full selected term in one payment. Single-course estimates show the one-time course total instead. Every final total is confirmed before you pay.
How do people join our group?
After purchasing seats, your administrator shares an individual invitation link or enrollment keycode. Learners sign in with their own UniversalClass account to activate access. The group workspace lets you follow invitation and membership status.
What can our administrator track?
Your group workspace brings together purchased seats, invitations, activated access, and relevant access dates. Use your roster and reports to see which invitations have been claimed and plan the next stage of your group’s learning.
Can I arrange a larger institutional purchase?
Yes. Online group pricing supports up to 1,000 seats. For a larger group or an institutional purchasing conversation, contact our team so we can help you find the right way forward.
